🥩 Meat: Hong Kong takes the crown (137kg/person), outpacing the US and Australia, while India’s vegetarian culture keeps consumption at just 4kg.

🐟 Fish: Island nations dominate. Iceland (#1) and the Maldives (#2) live off the ocean, consuming nearly double what China does.

🧀 Cheese: It is strictly a European affair. The top 10 are all European, with Denmark leading at 28.1kg. Meanwhile, Asian superpowers like China and India consume less than a single block of cheddar per person per year.
